The living forest

These four galleries provide an insight into life here in the forest. They highlight the biological diversity, the beauty, and - sometimes - the weirdness of the plants, birds and other creatures that live in this environment.

Life elsewhere

When we travel, it is always with camera and binoculars at the ready. The photos in this gallery were taken in various parts of Australia, including the dry centre, the tropical north, the coast, and the mountains. The subjects are typically birds or invertebrates - reflecting our general fascination with both.
